GOOD VIBES: Carpenter Builds Free Virtual Learning Desks For Children In Need
After Michael Couch shared a DIY desk video on Youtube, his design went viral and now he’s giving them away!
The desk costs about $20 dollars to build, and Michael made it specifically for kids who are learning from home.
A local grocery store in Michael’s community saw the desk video, and asked Michael to make more desks to donate to local kids in need.
“I didn’t hesitate to help them out,” Michael wrote on Instagram. So far, he has built nearly 40 desks for local children, with more orders on the way. His wife has also been helping build the desks to keep up with demand.
