This Aiken Sandwich Shop Is A Must Try

So over my Christmas vacation, I made it a point to get out and explore. I found an Aiken Sandwich Shop that you need to check out!  Mack's Deli just jumped out at me and I said, this is where I'm eating lunch today.  Let me tell you, I'm so glad I Did. Upon entering I was welcomed over and over again by the nicest two young ladies who were running the front. I told them it was my first time and they were quick to start telling me all about the menu and what the favorites and best sellers were.  I also found out that some of the sandwiches are named after customers. So Just What Are The Best Sandwiches At Mack's Deli? The Turkey Melt The Funky Chicken The Palmetto What About The Sides? The Home Made Cole Slaw The Chili The Waffle Fries Not only subs, but salads and daily specials fill the menu at Mack's.  David Kangas is the owner of Mack's and spent 15 years in corporate world so the dream of owning his own deli was put on hold.  Just having a child, the corporate world came crashing down and David and his family moved to Aiken to be closer to his parents.  In the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, Mack's Deli was opened. So, If you are wanting a GREAT sandwich and love supporting locally owned business, then this Aiken Sandwich Shop, Mack's Deli is for you.  The last question I asked before I left was, Who is Mack?  Mack is David's daughter and that is why it carries her name.
