Mac Miller’s Drug Supplier Pleads Guilty To Fentanyl Charge
The man that prosecutors claim supplied Mac Miller with pills laced with fentanyl has pleaded guilty.
According to court documents obtained by gossip site TMZ state that “Stephen Walter entered a guilty plea with the feds on one count of distribution of fentanyl. The other drug-related charge, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, was dropped.”
Prosecutors alleged that Walter was the one who indirectly gave Miller’s alleged drug dealer, Cameron James Pettit, the deadly Percocet tablets that caused the rapper to overdose per the outlet.
The documents state Walter could face more than 20 years in prison including a lifetime of supervised release and a $1 million dollar fine.
Prosecutors are recommending 17 years in prison and 5 years supervised release.
