Evans Towne Center now has a clothing store! Southern Time Clothing has been open for about 3 weeks behind the new Columbia County Performing Arts Center.

With Evans Towne Center Park getting the holiday festivities started with the annual  Christmas lighting, many visitors are in the area, so it has been a great way for many people to discover the new store.

The owners of the store are two sisters, Sophia and Ahnna Parkhurst, this is their first business together.

The store will offer both men's and women's clothing, which the owners noticed not many stores in the Columbia County area offer that collective option.

They offer both women's and men accessories, hats, and more all hand-picked by them. They offer a range of sizes from small to plus size.

The name not only has a nice ring to it, but it also has a significant meeting.

The sister owners of the store lost their mom to an extensive battle with cancer back in 2017. There is a quote from their mom that she would often say that was associated with time:

“ All the life comes down to is TIME. That is all we have and that is all that I want. TIME to raise my children, TIME to grow old with my husband, and TIME to be with my family!”

So with that quote came the name " Southern Time Clothing."
