Jeannie Mai Shuts Down Mario Lopez Cheating Rumor
Jeannie Mai is setting the record straight on allegations that she cheated on Jeezy with Mario Lopez. Mai recently co-hosted Access Hollywood alongside Lopez and fans began to think that there might be something more to their friendship after Lopez since the two seemed to have “chemistry.”
Sources close to Mai told TMZ that there is “absolutely no truth to any rumblings of infidelity between her and the Access Hollywood host, or with anyone else, for that matter.” Lopez has also been married to Courtney Laine Mazza since 2012. They share sons Santino, 4, and Dominic, as well as daughter Gia, 13.
The source added that Mai is “devastated, and heartbroken” over her split with Jeezy, “and is focusing on doing whatever’s best for their daughter, 1-year-old Monaco.”

We previously reported that Jeezy filed for divorce from Mai after two years of marriage. According to a source from Entertainment Tonight, they claim the reason the split occurred was a difference in family values.
“They had different views, and each felt like their needs weren’t being completely met,” an insider told the outlet, specifically citing “family expectations” as a potent factor in the divorce.
According to court documents obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Jeezy (born Jay Wayne Jenkins) and Mai are already separated.
Jeezy is reportedly seeking joint legal custody of their daughter. He is also the father to three other children, Jadarius Jenkins, Shyheim Jenkins, and daughter Amra Nor Jenkins from previous relationships.
After the divorce was announced, Jeezy seemingly shaded Mai in an Instagram photo. In the post, Jeezy is standing up against a Lincoln. “Too focused on who I’m becoming to focus on who’s not coming with me,” the post reads. The photo was posted just hours after news broke of their divorce.
Fans flocked to the comments writing, “Go work on your marriage bro ain’t nothing out here.” Another added, “Why he got his wedding ring on tho lol y’all stressing me out.”
Jeezy and Mai have not released any personal statements about their divorce at this time.
