A Georgia woman points a gun inside a Cracker Barrel. And just a few hours later, she fired the gun inside a Waffle House. The woman is now facing multiple charges.

According to Channel 2 Action News (WSB-TV), Avery Dillon went to a Cracker Barrel in Lithia Springs on May 22. While there, she allegedly pointed a gun at the ground and yelled at other customers “to get back.”  And just hours later, Dillon is accused of threatening customers at a Waffle House off Thornton Road on the other side of the I-20 exit.

While in Waffle House, Dillon sat in a booth and then got up and waved a 9mm handgun around.  During this incident, she did point the gun at Waffle House customers.  According to the warrants, at least one gunshot went off, but thankfully no one was injured.

Dillon is currently in the Douglas County Jail on 2 counts of simple assault and seven pending counts of aggravated assault.  A judge denied her bond.
