Twitter Users Want Snoop Dogg To Run Site If Elon Musk Steps Down
Twitter users have spoken on who they would want to replace Elon Musk if he decides to step down as CEO. After Musk tweeted a poll asking if he should step down as Twitter CEO, Snoop Dogg came in on the fun and decided to post a poll of his own on Sunday (Dec. 18).
“Should I run Twitter?” the “Gin & Juice” rapper asked. In less than 24 hours, the rap giant had over 2.3 million user responses. 81% (approximately 1.7 million users) responded in favor of the rap giant taking over the social media platform.

Musk on the other hand had a different response from Twitter users. His poll asked if he should step down with the majority of votes 57.5% in favor of electing someone else as CEO.
Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.

This is not the first time Snoop had an interest in running the social media platform. Back in May, Snoop Dogg jokingly tweeted that he would consider buying Twitter and fans were for it actually coming to fruition.
After thousands of fans chimed in on the hashtag #WhenSnoopBuysTwitter, the Tesla creator also commented on Snoop’s original tweet, “May have 2 buy Twitter now,” in which Elon responded with two fire emojis.
Snoop responded to Elon’s tweet writing, “You bring the fire I’ll bring the smoke!! [fire emoji] [smoke emoji].
