During an episode of the Wendy Williams Show that aired on Tuesday (Mar. 10), talk show host Wendy Williams criticized Nicki Minaj for marrying Kenneth Petty.

Williams didn’t have enough time to fully get into the story regarding Minaj’s husband, who recently was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California, as we previously reported.

“The way the show is going today, we didn’t have time to get to Nicki Minaj’s brother [Williams obviously meant to say ‘husband’],” Williams said.”But Let me tell you something, Nicki, that’s going to be my first story, tomorrow. And I’m gonna lead with this: You should have never married him because now you’ve ruined everything about what your brand could be.”

“You’re never going to stand a chance when you’re with a man who pulls a knife at rape point. A molester, a registered sex offender. You’re never going to stand a chance with John Q public,” Williams continued.

“There’s only one thing worse than touching children and pulling knives, and that’s murder. By the way, he did go to jail for manslaughter. Oh, I think I just did the story. Nope! Nope! Everybody get to digging. There’s more.”

Minaj has yet to comment on Williams’ statements or the news regarding her husband. Check out the clip, below.
