Now sure…Bill Hader, who celebrates his birthday today (June 7), never seemed to make it through a single Stefon segment on “Weekend Update” without laughing, but can you blame him? Every club the “City Correspondent” talked about was so absurd it’d be more shocking if he didn’t laugh.
