Richmond County Shooting Victim Identified
Arrest in Deadly Hit-and-Run Involving Bicyclist
A teenage boy is the latest homicide victim in Richmond County.
Coroner Mark Bowen says 15-year-old Juanya Holliman of Bruce Street was shot and killed Tuesday night in the 700 block of East Cedar Street.
Deputies were called to scene at 9:22 pm, where they found Holliman had been shot at least one time. He was pronounced dead a short time later at Augusta University Medical Center. An autopsy has been scheduled.
Richmond County investigators say no other information is being released yet.
