Trey Songz Accused of Sexual Assault
R&B singer Trey Songz has been accused of sexually assaulting at least two women in a Miami nightclub.
Songz is now forced to prepare for a legal battle with one of his accusers, as The Shade Room reports.
Songz was recently informed that he had a lawsuit against him that claimed that the singer attacked a woman on January 1, 2018, at E11even nightclub.
The woman claims that Songz forcefully placed his hand underneath her dress and forced his fingers into her vagina without consent.
The woman also claims that she was one of at least two women who Trey Songz targeted. Another partygoer claims that Songz forced his fingers into her buttocks without consent.
The first accuser who is listed as “Jane Doe” in the lawsuit seeks $10 million in damages and asserts that “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress” lies at the center of her claim.
Songz has yet to respond to the allegations.
