Reward Being Offered After Woman Murdered On Georgia Military Base
Police were dispatched to a residence on Fort Stewart back on July 10, amid reports of an unresponsive female.
When authorities arrived on scene, they found a 24-year-old female murdered in her home.
The woman has since been identified as Abree Boykin.
Boykin was the wife of a soldier who was on assignment in Afghanistan.
Her death shocked the community surrounding the military base in Georgia.
Now, nearly three weeks after her murder, the army and FBI have announced a $20K reward on information regarding her death.
According to WSBTV, authorities feel Boykin’s murder was not random, rather it’s quite possible she knew the suspect.
Investigators are also still searching for her vehicle, identified as a newer model black Honda Accord.
It is believed her vehicle disappeared from her home immediately following her murder.
Anyone with information on Boykin’s murder is urged to contact Army.CID.Crime.Tips@mail.mil or call 1-844-276-9243.
