Here in Augusta, we are fortunate to be so close to South Carolina. It’s a beautiful state with so many scenic view. There’s no shortage of great places to visit in the state, and many locals visit the gorgeous coastline each year for vacation.
Maybe you live in South Carolina, as we have many listeners who travel between there and Georgia on a daily basis. And if you’re from there, we don’t need to tell you about the many great things about the state. But, are you aware of the richest places in South Carolina?
HomeSnacks.com did the research to discover those places in the state. They looked at various areas, including high-paying jobs, safe cities and neighborhoods, great school districts and high-end amenities. The research also looked into unemployment rates, median income and poverty rates.
This list of richest places includes towns all over the state, from suburbs of Charlotte, to the Charleston area and places around Columbia as well.
