May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a national movement to raise awareness about mental health. Nearly one in five Americans live with a mental health condition, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Mental Health includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and so much more. This is a chance to take a break and check in on yourself and those around you. Around the CSRA, organizations have been hosting mental health activities to continue to raise awareness.
