NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 28: Artist Fat Joe performs on the field prior to Game Three of the 2024 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium on October 28, 2024 in the Bronx borough of New York City. (Photo by Alex Slitz/Getty Images)

Fat Joe Performs Before The World Series. Last night was game 3 of the World Series and it was played at Yankee Stadium. Much like Games 1 and 2, there was a performance before the game started. Ice Cube performed before game 2 of the World Series in LA. So it may not have surprised some people that Fat Joe, who is a Bronx, NY native, performed before the first pitch. The problem is, his performance was NOT well received.

It seemed as if the echo was a little much for Joe and his rap skills were a tad off. But there was something else about the performance that was not liked by the masses. You be the judge:

What may be the funniest part of the night, was the reactions from people after Fat Joe’s performance. Many were left wondering “that’s the best you could do?” Some of the more hilarious reactions are mentioned below.

  • "Fat Joe single handedly lost the World Series for the Yankees"

  • "All the way ass"

This X user was playing on Fat Joe’s hit song “All the Way Up” writing “All the way ass!”

  • "game hasn't started yet and the Dodgers already won"

  • Jay Z disappeared

This X user says they brought out Fat Joe because Jay Z disappeared

  • "Dear NY, Fat Joe is not Ice Cube"

  • "I think they got him on sale for 50% off"

  • "Fire whoever from the Yankees did that..."

  • "Give Fat Joe an at bat at this point"
