Aiken's Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department will present Movie Night in the Park on Saturday, March 7. The amphitheater at Beverly D. Clyburn Generations Park will show the movie with free admission.

Gates open at 5 p.m. The film begins after sunset, around 7 p.m. If the weather interferes, the backup date falls on Friday, March 6.

Lilo & Stitch takes center stage as the featured film. It's the live-action version that reimagines Disney's animated classic from decades past. The PG-rated production runs 85 minutes.

Arriving before showtime allows visitors to enjoy pre-movie activities and entertainment options available on-site. Guests should pack lawn chairs and blankets. Food trucks will sell refreshments throughout the evening.

Tobacco products and alcohol are both prohibited at this event.
