The Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta will participate in the 37th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes on Dec. 5 and 6. Doors open from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, and Saturday hours run from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This nonprofit offers an educational space where art and regional history come to life. The main and balcony galleries display rotating art exhibits, while a third space holds a permanent interactive history exhibit called Rivers, Rails & Roads.

Guests can view a cityscape model showing North Augusta in 1910. There's also a replica of the Hampton Terrace Hotel. The stop includes access to a tax-free gift shop and light refreshments.

Five homes will appear on the tour. These include Kathryn Martin's residence in Hammond's Ferry, the residence of John-Michael and Christina Brady, William and Susan Rowland's place in the Rapids, Bradley King and April Henry King's house on Georgia Avenue, and Mike Hitchler's house on Georgia Avenue.

Beta Sigma Phi Sorority sponsors this event each year. Proceeds from ticket sales fund scholarships for North Augusta High School students.

Tickets went on sale on Nov. 3, 2025, and can be purchased in advance until 2 p.m. on Dec. 5. Everyone on the tour must have a ticket, including children.

Advanced tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta, CommuniGraphics, and Parks Pharmacy in North Augusta. They're also sold at Consign Design in Martinez and Plum Pudding in Aiken.

Tickets can be purchased online until Dec. 3 for $28 with a $3 convenience fee. Tickets are $30 at any tour stop. Cash or check is required when buying tickets at businesses and tour stops.
