Travis Scott Film Starts Tour At Strip Club
Nontraditional releases are nothing new for Travis Scott. The rapper’s Aggro Dr1ft film will premiere in April in Los Angeles at a strip club. EDGLRD, a multimedia group, is in charge of promoting the film, according to Variety.
“The distribution of Aggro Dr1ft goes beyond the limitations of the outdated moviegoing experience,” EDGLRD head of film strategy and development Eric Kohn said in a statement. “You don’t just watch Aggro Dr1ft — you step into a new world, and these events will allow audiences to immerse themselves in it.”
The tour will begin on February 7 and will be in select “unconventional venues across the country.”
Aggro Dr1ft premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2023. The film stars Jordi Mollà as a hitman based in Miami Beach. Scott is also a part of the vast as the character Zion. Aggro Dr1ft also stars Joshua Tilley, Stet Blancett, and Chanya Middleton.
Travis Scott Hints At New Album
Scott released Utopia, his fourth studio album, back in July. The album topped the Billboard 200, marking his fourth consecutive No. 1. The album featured guest appearances from Beyoncé, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Kanye West, Bon Iver, Playboi Carti, 21 Savage, The Weeknd, Young Thug, and more. He originally planned for the album to be premiered at the Pyramids in Giza, but it was canceled.

However, Scott is already thinking about his next project. A fan tweeted the artist’s concept: “Imagine an album where each song is the city it was made in on the tour,” the fan wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) earlier this month.
Scott responded to the fan, confirming he might be thinking of doing that same concept: “‘R u in my brain or what.”
The Houston native is currently on the Circus Maximus Tour, which began in October and will conclude next month.
