Columbia County Back-To-School Clinics
School is out for summer break. But it’s never too early to start planning for any health screenings or immunizations your children may need for the upcoming school year. Columbia County Back-To-School clinics will take place in late July for the 2023-2024 school year.
Columbia County Back-To-School Clinic
The Columbia County Public Health Department’s Back-To-School clinics will be:
- July 24th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- July 25th through July 28th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- August 1st from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You’ll need to bring all shot records at the time of your visit. They do ask if you’re new to the clinic to drop off your child’s immunization records ahead of time. It allows staff to enter the information into the state’s registry system ahead of time to save time and provide better customer service on the day of the clinic.
They will have COVID-19 and MCV4 vaccines available.
The Columbia County Public Health Department is located at 1930 William Few Parkway in Grovetown. You may call them at 706-868-3330 for additional information or questions.
Eisenhower Army Medical Center

The one-stop 4-point screenings at Eisenhower Army Medical Center will be:
