Cardi B Drops New Single ‘Hot S—‘ Featuring Kanye & Lil Durk
Cardi B’s newest single “Hot S—” is just what the title suggests, a fiery track that is perfect for summer.
The Bronx native enlisted Kanye and Lil Durk for their first-ever collaboration on the Tay Keith-produced track. The “WAP” rapper teased the new track in a commercial during the BET Awards on Sunday (June 26) and later announced that the two Chicago MCs would be joining her on the track when she dropped the cover art for the song.
However, some fans might be disappointed in the Grammy winner when she revealed that the scorching new record will not have a visual accompanying it.
“I will not be releasing a music video with this song,” she told fans. “I just don’t feel like doing too much this time around. I’m just exhausted with everybody [and] I’m so tired of people not doing their f—ing job correctly.”
She also mentioned how this song is less sexualized than her previously released tracks. “It’s something that I feel like y’all haven’t heard from me before,” she added. “I feel like people is expecting a lot of sluttiness and blah blah blah. Y’all keep talking I keep making TikTok records and this is definitely not that. It’s a fun great record. It’s masculine [and] it’s great for the clubs. It’s great for the bitches.”
