CSRA News: Electric Bills in South Carolina
Electric bills may be going up in South Carolina.
The state’s largest utility, Dominion Energy, wants regulators to cover $142 million in what Dominion calls under-collected fuel costs. If the request is approved without change, monthly bills would go up about $6.50 starting in May. Regulators will conduct a hearing on the request in early April with a decision expected later in the month.
