Travis Scott is in trouble again. The rapper is being sued by a French artist Mickaël Mehala per TMZ — who also goes by Black Childish. Mehala alleges that the Houston native stole his original artwork for Scott’s compilation album Travis La Flame.

The cover art shows an illustration of Scott in a desert with his body attached to a horse with a cactus in the background, similar to Mehala’s illustration.
The artist claims that he created the illustration in 2015 and sent it to Scott via Instagram DM in 2016 which is the same year the album and its cover art dropped.
