Forever 21 almost made it to 2019 but crumbled under the pressure.

With the holiday hustle and bustle in full swing, some people may just look over certain details. Seems to be exactly what happened with whoever was directing this photo-shoot for Forever 21.

Now some people may not see a problem here but many have already voiced their concern for the mix-up. Most of you know by now the blockbuster Marvel movie, Black Panther and it’s fictional nation of Wakanda and what it stands for. If you do, then you probably understand the outrage that is currently happening with this photo.

To be fair, this was probably not done on purpose or with spite in mind, but it is something that should have been caught before this.

Some of the reactions are absolutely hilarious.

Now speaking from a marketing standpoint, maybe this is exactly what Forever 21 wanted. Not that they wanted to make anyone upset, but the movie is indeed a Marvel movie and maybe their target was exactly who they put in the photo. I’m just saying, maybe it was an accident and maybe it wasn’t, but I don’t think that it as a shot or purposely done to be disrespectful at all.
