Kanye West may need to revamp his legal team.

According to Hypebeast, Kanye is going to have to go to court if he wants to continue to make clothing with the popular trademark, YEEZY.

Now currently, Kanye owns the YEEZY trademark for his shoe line but not for his clothing line. Apparently, sometime last year, a Chinese company called Fujian Baby Network Technology Co. filed for the ownership of “Yeezy Boost” for items that are not shoes.

When Kanye refiled for ownership to YEEZY, the Chinese company quickly denied it.

Neither Kanye or any of his representatives have commented on the matter, we will keep you updated.
